to help? Do you just completely forget what CPR stands for? Whatever the case may be, CPR can be stressful when we are not prepared. This lecture is designed to hopefully give you a refresher course on CPR. We will discuss the steps involved, the main goals, and also common outcomes/statistics in hopes to make you feel a little bit more comfortable if and when the time comes for you to jump in and lend a hand.
