Program Description or Outline:
This interactive webinar session will discuss skills that all members of the veterinary team can utilize to develop a successful work-life balance and improve their mental health. The first two hours will discuss boundary setting, cultivating resiliency, and recognizing signs of burnout. In our final hour, we will discuss communication techniques to help manage the most stressful situations in practice-client finances and end of life discussions.
