Hawthorne Animal Health Care, a progressive, small-animal practice on the North Shore
has an opening for a full-time veterinary technician, due to the recent departure of a thirteen-
year veteran.  If you are experienced in the many important hands-on aspects of the job, as
well as self-motivated, amiable, compassionate, flexible, cooperative (with a “no task is too
small for me” attitude), a good communicator, dedicated, and eager to join a solid team of
like-minded individuals, we could have a “win-win” situation.

In return for your contribution of skill and hard work, we would offer you the benefit of a friendly
environment in which to bond with colleagues and clients.  We would offer you an opportunity
to learn from us, as we are a very different practice than most.  (In addition to standard
traditional medicine we practice homeopathy, acupuncture, and Chinese herbal medicine.)
We would welcome your interest in any aspect of animal care and would support any
educational endeavor you made to enhance the practice.  We would offer you a newly
renovated facility with many of the modern advantages.  We would offer you an initial salary
commensurate with your experience and skill level, and, in addition, would provide paid health
insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and CE.

If you are an experienced technician and think you’d be a good match, please call Alice at
978-741-2300 to arrange an interview with staff members.
